By Request, We’re Re-running “Let’s Talk Menopause”

We had a fabulous response to our first Let’s Talk Menopause event at the beginning of the month, well over and above our expectations. We’ve taken notice of those of you who were disappointed that you weren’t able to make it; many of you told us that Thursday’s are difficult, so we’ve changed the day of the week this time.

Those that did attend found the evening extremely useful, informative and tremendously enjoyable. In fact, the feedback was so positive that we’re keeping to the same schedule. Here’s a reminder of what’s in store:

Guest Speaker: Elodie Stanley, Nutritional Therapist

Elodie has a wealth of knowledge on the subject of menopause, and you’ll hear her explain the roles of our hormones, what affects them and tips them out of balance, and what you can do to help correct imbalances and deficiencies. This is not only for those already suffering; it’s never too early (or too late!) to implement changes that will make this time of life easier on you.

Pelvic Floor Weakness, Urinary Incontinence and the Emsella

It’s an unfortunate fact that, without intervention, pelvic floor tone is likely to deteriorate at this time of life, and the Emsella has been shown to be a more effective alternative to the mesh implant surgery that we have previously highlighted, and that has ruined the lives of so many women. We’ll be discussing and demonstrating the Emsella during the evening.
