Cleanse and Cleanse again. I love the whole ritual of skin cleansing especially in the evening before going to bed (the most important cleanse of the day for long term skin health). Throw away the cotton wool and tissues! To keep your skin glowing and congestion free always cleanse twice and remove your cleanser thoroughly using a moist hot towel – absolute luxury! How we prepare your parcel before delivery:

a. Before selecting your products, we put on face masks and wash and sanitize our hands.
b. The products are wiped over using a sanitizing wipe before packing.
c. The products are then wrapped in tissue paper before being packed into an unused Andresa white paper bag and sealed closed.

How we deliver your parcel:

a. The delivery will be made personally by one of our team.
b. We will drop off your parcel and leave in a pre-arranged safe place and walk away to ensure no close contact is made with the recipient.
c. Should you or one of your family members open the door whilst we are delivering, we will stay a min distance of two meters from that person.
d. A text message will alert you when the delivery has been made.

3. All Andresa Employees are infection control qualified and adhere to the infection prevention and control standards recommended by the Health Care governing bodies.
4. We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in place and in line with Government guidance.
5. We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home.
6. We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace.
7. Where people cannot keep 2m apart we have ensured at least a 1m distance and taken all the mitigating actions possible to manage transmission risk.
8. All Andresa Employees have been issued with appropriate PPE including face masks, goggles, hair covers, aprons, gloves, full face visors.
9. Hygienic Protective Screens have been installed at our reception check-in and discreet check out areas.

17. Sanitizing hand-gel is available for use in the reception waiting area and throughout the clinic including treatment rooms.
18. All magazines and brochures have been removed to eliminate the chance of infection transfer.

20. We have installed extraction units in each treatment room to ensure stale air is extracted continually throughout the day.
21. We regularly throughout the day ventilate the building to encourage plenty of fresh air to circulate.

How to use and get the best from your Dr Babor Ultimate Repair Cream Mask and Glow Booster Bi-Phase Ampoule Collection:

1. Use your mask 1 – 2 times a week, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
2. Cleanse face, neck and décolletage using a cleanser appropriate for your skin type – massage the cleanser over the skin using firm pressure and gliding movements to stimulate circulation.
3. Remove cleanser using a clean, warm and damp face towel, allow the warmth of the face towel to penetrate your skin helping to relax your facial muscles.

5. Ensure all particles of exfoliator are removed from the skin by using a dry clean towel over the area.
6. Avoiding the eye area, apply a generous amount of the cream mask over the face, neck and décolletage.
7. Relax in a warm bath or lie down somewhere comfortable and warm.
8. Apply a cotton pad moistened with cool water over each eye and allow the mask to take effect for approx. 10 – 15 minutes.
9. To remove the mask rinse off any excess mask with warm water and a clean, warm and damp face towel.
10. Apply eye cream / serum around the eye area, gently massaging using the tips of your ring fingers.

11. Shake well, one of the Bi-Phase Glow Booster Ampoules and firmly snap open using a tissue.
10. Pour half the fluid from the ampoule into the palm of your hand and smooth evenly over the face and neck taking care to avoid the eye area.

12. Massage gently into the skin using the whole of your hand not just your fingertips to create a luminous glow.

Create a home spa

Plan ahead – Select the best time in your week / day for you grab that all important ‘me time’ to ensure you can relax and enjoy your ‘at home’ facial experience.
