Terms & Conditions


To comply with our company standards, Health and Safety Legislation, and insurance requirements, it is important that you read, understand and agree to the following:

1. General

Aesthetics Practice and Skin Health Therapy does not include diagnosis or treatment of underlying medical conditions.

The treatment, advice and information offered by Andresa representatives does not replace the advice or care of medical professionals. It is advisable that you inform both your medical practitioner and any complementary practitioners of the treatment you are undertaking at Andresa Aesthetics. All practitioners should be informed of any changes to your nutrition, supplementation and medication.

It is inadvisable to change or cease medical treatment or medication without first consulting your medical professional.

2. Deposit / Booking Fee Policy

NOTE: Andresa Aesthetics operates a strict non-refundable booking fee policy.
Consultations at Andresa Skin Health & Laser Clinic require payment of £50 at the time of booking. See point 4.

All treatments booked require payment of a non-refundable deposit of £50.
Appointment times will not be reserved without payment of the booking fee. No deposit is required if the client has sufficient credit on account with Andresa Aesthetics.

3. Cancellation Policy

You must give notice of at least 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If this is not given, Andresa Aesthetics reserves the right to charge 50% of the treatment fee, or to take full payment of the consultation or booking fee. Any cancellation fees charged are non-refundable and cannot be used as credit against future treatments or consultations.

4. Consultation Fees for Andresa Skin Health Clinic

A fee of £50 is payable for consultations and must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The consultation fee is redeemable against the cost of any treatment and must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All consultations are free of obligation.

5. Chargeable Time

Telephone or virtual consultations and text or email communication with Andresa practitioners are considered to be chargeable time. Andresa Aesthetics reserves the right to charge such time incurred on a pro-rata basis of the applicable consultation fee.

6. Payment Terms

All treatments must be paid for in advance of or at the time of treatment. Andresa Aesthetics accepts payment for goods and services by cash, debit or credit card. Sorry – we can’t accept cheques.

7. Purchasing and booking a course of treatments

8. Treatment programs

All treatment sessions must be completed within the timeframe stated on the course plan, or within six months of the course purchase date. Unused treatments sessions after this time will expire and are on a non-refundable basis. For full details refer to our terms and conditions for the purchase of treatment courses and programs. 9. Adjustments to Treatment Programs

Treatment programs are devised with the aim of achieving the best results possible. However, on occasion it may be necessary to adjust the program on an ongoing basis, to ensure that optimum results continue to be achieved. For example, your skin may react in a different way to that expected, or your skin may not be in a suitable condition for the planned treatment on the day of the appointment, or you may simply be seeking to avoid an expected reaction on a particular day because of a lifestyle commitment. Any such adjustments to a treatment program will be discussed with you, in order to seek your agreement, prior to treatment commencing. Your verbal agreement in these circumstances will be taken as implicit consent.

10. Under 18s

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed into the clinic. Andresa Aesthetics cannot allow children under the age of 16 to observe laser treatments.

Children under the age of 18 must be attended by a parent or guardian at all times.

Andresa Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for incidents that may take place when there has been failure to adhere to the above.

The parent or guardian of a person under 18 must provide written consent for each treatment undertaken.

11. Comfort and Safety

Andresa Aesthetics operates a No Smoking policy within the building.

Noise levels must be kept to a minimum at all times, in consideration of both clients in treatment and practitioners administering such treatments.

Mobile phones must be switched off or put on silent whilst in the clinic.

12. Appointment Information

Although Andresa Aesthetics aims to run the clinic efficiently, with appointments on time, there may be occasions when the clinic is running behind schedule. Your practitioner will ensure that you are seen as soon as possible should these circumstances arise.

If you are running late for your appointment, you must notify the clinic as soon as possible. In such circumstances, Andresa Aesthetics reserves the right to alter the order of appointments for the remaining clinic session, thereby possibly further delaying your appointment.

13. Preparing for Treatment

You must avoid alcohol, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen, and any recreational drugs for 48 hours prior to treatment undertaken in the clinic. Andresa Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use of the aforementioned substances.

You must ensure that you have had sufficient food and that you are adequately hydrated before undergoing treatment.

14. Website Retail Policy

As part of your treatment program, it is likely that you will be prescribed skincare, which can be purchased in the clinic, for use at home. Some internet traders are now selling such products. They are not, in most cases, authorized or trained to do so, and in many cases the source of the supply is unknown. Using such a product, which may not be appropriate for your skin, and may be short-dated or counterfeit, can result in an adverse skin reaction. Andresa Aesthetics recommends that you purchase the products that you are prescribed from the clinic or similar health clinic, so that you get the results you expect.

16. Client Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service or products provided by Andresa Aesthetics, you must contact the clinic within 24 hours so that the situation may be rectified.
