Thread Veins

Thread veins, or broken capillaries, also known as spider naevi, most commonly occur on the face and legs and are a frequent problem, usually of particular concern to women, due to their unsightly appearance. On the face, they can appear as small isolated blemishes, or they can cover a large area, such as the cheeks and nose, and they are often difficult to conceal with make-up. On the leg, they can form anywhere from the thigh to the ankle and can be quite prominent.

At Andresa, we offer a variety of laser treatment options to remove thread veins, depending on the location and severity of the condition.
